All data transmitted through the BootyPay network is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols. We do not transmit sensitive information in a manner that is not encrypted. This is something we feel strongly about.

The BootyPay network is monitored continuously for unusual activity, unauthorised access attempts, and other indicators of compromise. Our infrastructure is designed with security as a foundational consideration, not an afterthought.

Access to BootyPay systems is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. We maintain internal policies governing who may access what, and these policies are enforced. Unauthorised access is not tolerated and will result in consequences.

In the event of a security incident, BootyPay has procedures in place to respond promptly, assess impact, and take corrective action. We are committed to transparency with affected parties to the extent that it is appropriate and legally permissible.

Entities integrating with BootyPay are required to maintain appropriate security standards on their end. BootyPay reserves the right to suspend access to the network for any partner found to be in breach of these obligations.
